Check Payment Information

Hi Stonehaven Residents,

We’re excited to announce a new payment option through Bilt – check payments! This new option is designed to make rent payments even more convenient for some of our residents.

Please note that you will not earn rewards on check payments. However, by creating a Bilt Account, you can still earn rewards and access exclusive benefits, like local experiences, rent giveaways and more. You can also automatically earn additional rewards in our neighborhood across over 20,000 restaurants, fitness studios, Lyft rideshare, and more when using any debit or credit card linked to your Bilt account.

Here’s how to submit check payments for your monthly rent through a Bilt account:

1. Using web: Head to the Pay Rent tab and press the vertical ellipsis [⋮] in the upper right corner
2. Using the Bilt app: Select the Pay Rent tab, tap Make a payment, and go to the Review & Pay screen. There, click the horizontal ellipsis[…] in the upper right corner
3. Select Check Payments and use the on-screen details to fill out your personal check

Effective July 1, 2024, our Stonehaven Leasing Office will NOT be able to process any payments.  You are encouraged to use your BILT account to submit payments online.  If you prefer not to create a Bilt account and want to make a check payment without earning rewards, please follow these steps to mail your check to our lockbox:

1. Make the check out to Columbia Stonehaven Associates, LLC
2. Ensure the following information is included in the memo section so that we can match the check to your account:

• Property ID 2743880
• Unit number
• Name

Please note that physical mail may take up to a week to arrive, and FedEx/UPS do not allow for expedited options to PO boxes due to standard mail processing limitations. Once your check has been received and processed by the lockbox, you’ll receive an email notification. Your payment must be received at this address by the 5^th of each month to avoid late fees.
